Our staff and volunteers are the heart of our organization, working together to support Pasefika youth and families through culturally grounded, community-centered programs. Whether through employment or volunteering, we welcome those who are committed to service, connection, and making a positive impact in our community.

Employment & Volunteer Opportunities

  • Case Worker/Care Navigator (Employment)

    The Case Worker/Care Navigator offers direct support to individuals and families by assessing their needs, coordinating services, and monitoring progress toward stability and self-sufficiency. This role works closely with clients to connect them with health, social, financial, and community resources, while making sure that services are delivered effectively and in line with program requirements.

    Position open until filled.

  • Board of Directors (Volunteer)

    VOPIN is currently recruiting for board members. Serving on a board can be a rewarding experience to learn and experience various Pasefika (Pacific) cultures and history. Our board members must meet specific standards of conduct and attention in carrying out their responsibilities to VOPIN.

  • Tutors and Mentors (Volunteer)

    Please complete the pre-application form, and a representative will contact you.

  • Language Interpreters (Volunteer)

    We are seeking volunteers who are proficient in writing and speak the following languages: Samoan, Tongan, Chuukese, Kosraean, Pohnpeian and Yapese languages, and other Pacific Island languages not mentioned.
