Rebecca Norris
Rebecca Norris was born in Seoul, South Korea, and was adopted at ten months old into her forever family in Wisconsin. She grew up in a home deeply rooted in care and service, where all of her siblings were also adopted, and her parents served as foster parents for over a decade. These early life experiences shaped Rebecca’s strong commitment to supporting children, families, and individuals navigating complex life circumstances.
Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP). She has several years of experience working with vulnerable populations in behavioral health, case management, and family support services. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals in recovery, families facing significant challenges, and youth who benefit from supportive mentorship and guidance.
Rebecca is passionate about helping people access resources, build resilience, and create positive change in their lives. She is drawn to VOPIN’s mission to uplift and empower Pacific Islander youth and families through education, cultural connection, and community support.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her children, traveling to new places, playing softball, and being involved in her recovery and service work.
