Position: Program Coordinator
Location: Kitsap County
Salary: $52,000 - $62,000, Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead care coordination, data management, and program oversight
- Supervise Care Coordinators, ensuring culturally respectful and trauma-informed service delivery
- Develop partnerships, manage resources, and promote equity in accessing essential services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Public Health, Social Work, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of program management experience
- Culturally responsive, skilled in cross-cultural communication, and community-oriented
